The reasons why America is NOT the Greatest Nation On Earth:


All branches of all federal, state, and local governments 

• Rampant Corruption 
• Deceitful circumvention of existing rules that provide transparency 
• Ruthless resistance to improving and/or adding rules that provide transparency 
• Ruthless protection of existing rules that prevent transparency (e.g. California Police Officers Bill of Rights) 
• Constant waste of taxpayers’ money. The government spends at least three times more money for goods and/or services than the private sector would spend for the same goods and/or services. 
• Undue influence of lobbyists represses the power of the people 
• Thuggish government employee unions force taxpayers to pay for obscene salaries, benefits, and pensions for government employees
• Government employees violating criminal laws (e.g. perjury, embezzlement, fraud, assault, battery, etc.). Many government employees are able to retain their government pension despite the fact that such government employee was convicted of a crime related to their government employment. 

Executive Branch of all federal, state, and local governments

• Rampant law enforcement misconduct

• Favorable treatment for law enforcement officers accused and/or convicted of misconduct (Unequal Under the Law)
• Ruthless protection of existing rules that prevent transparency (e.g. California Police Officers Bill of Rights) 
• Continuing evolution into a Police State
• Overcriminalization (i.e. incarcerating people rather than fixing social problems) 
• Rampant prosecutorial misconduct
• Favorable treatment for prosecutors accused and/or convicted of prosecutorial misconduct (Unequal Under the Law)
• Extreme socioeconomic disparities in prosecution
• Extreme socioeconomic disparities in pardons
• Corrupt pardons

• Activist judges who knowingly exercise unconstitutional powers and shamelessly offend the fundamental principle of Separation of Powers

• Historically high underemployment and no improvement in sight 
• Continuing evisceration of the Middle Class
• Rapidly increasing income inequality

• Glorification of Shameful Behavior (e.g. TV shows: Mob Wives, Baseball Wives, Basketball Wives, Real Housewives, Jersey Shore, etc.) 
• Glorification of Celebutards (e.g. Kardashians)

• Sexual predators preaching to the congregation
