• The cop admitted to seeking out images of incest, especially involving fathers and daughters. 
• The judge could have sentenced the cop to as much as 20 years in prison. 
• But, the judge cited the cop’s service as a police officer as one reason for the shorter sentence. 

Commentary:

• Equal justice under the law? NOPE. 
• Persons who commit crimes against law enforcement officers receive enhanced sentences. 
• Accordingly, law enforcement officers who commit crimes should receive enhanced sentences.
